WINDING YOUR BOBBIN
Winding your bobbin is very easy as well. Take your thread out of the machine but leave it the thread guide from step #1.
Grab your bobbin case and your thread. Your bobbin case will have holes on both sides. You will take your thread and put in through one of the holes. Inside towards the outside.
You are going to put your bobbin on the bobbin winder located on top of your machine.
Push the bobbin case down firmly.
Slide the bobbin while attached to the winder towards the right. And then Pull your excess thread up tightly.
(Not shown) Push down on your foot pedal. You bobbin will start to spin and thread will be added to it. Continue to hold your excess thread up higher and tight otherwise it will get caught in the spinning. The thread will break off on its on.
Once done slide the bobbin back to the left and pull up to remove it.
To Finish Threading your Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine
To Insert your bobbin
Drop your bobbin into the slot.
Find the little groove in the front and slide your thread around it.
Turn your hand wheel towards you! (Always towards you) Your needle will go down and up (typically only once)
Ensure to hold your top thread off to the side tightly.
When the needs comes up it will pull the bottom thread out.
Once both thread are out. Put your bobbin case cover on, and pull your threads from towards the back of the machine under the pressure foot.
